Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

We offer local delivery within Gqeberha.

Free local delivery is available on qualifying orders as advertised on our website.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where available) so you can follow your delivery.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs so we can assist you promptly.
